1. Gray Cast Iron HT200/HT250 (Economical General Type)
Features: Moderate hardness, easy casting and machining, good shock absorption, not easy to deform.Advantages: Low price, high cost performance, low operating noise, suitable for mass production.Application: Ordinary conveyors, agricultural machinery, fans and light industrial general machinery for light-load and low-speed scenarios.Notes: Poor toughness and weak impact resistance, not suitable for high speed and heavy load; prone to rust in humid environments.
2. Ductile Iron QT500/QT600 (High-Strength Heavy-Duty Type)
Features: Much better toughness, tensile strength and impact resistance than ordinary gray cast iron, wear-resistant and hard to break teeth.Advantages: Vibration-proof, impact-resistant and high load-bearing capacity, stable and durable under heavy-load operation.Application: Mining machinery, crushers, heavy-duty conveyors and heavy equipment with frequent start and stop.Notes: Higher cost than ordinary cast iron; aging treatment is required to prevent processing deformation.
