 1.Complete standard system, high interchangeability

 Compliant with ANSI/ASA B15.1, ANSI/RMA IP-20/IP-22. Two main series: Classical V-belt (A/B/C/D/E) and Narrow V-belt (3V/5V/8V). Unified groove angle (34°–38°), reference diameter, bore and keyway   dimensions; same specifications are globally interchangeable.

2.Narrow V-belt design, high transmission efficiency

3V/5V/8V feature narrow wedge grooves with high contact pressure and friction. 10%–15% higher efficiency than classical V-belts. Ideal for high-speed, high-power, compact applications (air compressors, fans, construction machinery).

Standard QD (Quick Disconnect) taper bushing with split flange and taper-lock design. No shaft shoulder/keyway required; shoulderless mounting, reusable, precise alignment, reducing shaft/hub damage.

1. Gray Cast Iron HT200/HT250 (Mainstream General Type)

Features: Moderate hardness, easy processing, good shock absorption and stable dimension.Advantages: High cost performance, low noise, suitable for mass production.Application: Fans, water pumps, air compressors, agricultural machinery and other general machinery.Note: Weak impact resistance; anti-rust treatment required in humid environments.

2. 45# Carbon Steel (Precision Reinforced Type)

Features: High strength and good toughness; wear resistance can be improved by quenching; high precision.Advantages: Strong load capacity, not easy to deform, suitable for medium-high speed and medium-heavy load.Application: Machine tools, printing, packaging and other industrial transmission equipment.Note: Prone to rust; surface anti-rust treatment is required.

3. Aluminum Alloy 6061/6063 (Lightweight Type)

Features: Light weight, low inertia, available for anodizing, high precision.Advantages: Stable high-speed operation, sensitive start-up, oxidation resistance.Application: Small automation equipment, office equipment, high-speed light-load occasions.Note: Not suitable for heavy load, high torque and impact working conditions.

Q: How to solve loud noise and abnormal sound during pulley operation?
A:
  1. There are burrs and uneven wear on the groove surface; just polish it smooth.
  2. The belt is loose or aged; adjust the tension or replace the belt.
  3. The two pulleys are installed eccentrically causing heavy vibration; recalibrate the alignment.


Q: How to prevent pulleys from getting rusty after a period of use?

A:

  1. Cast iron and carbon steel pulleys should be treated with galvanizing, blackening or anti-rust oil.
  2. Avoid storing or using them in humid and rainy environments.
  3. Regularly clean surface dust and water stains for daily maintenance.
