FAQ:
It is mainly caused by worn serpentine springs, aging and fatigue of elastic parts, excessive coaxiality deviation during installation, excessive clearance of shaft holes at both ends, and loose fixing bolts. Recalibrate the coaxiality, replace the serpentine springs and aging elastic parts, and tighten the bolts to solve the problem.
Q:Is the KS coupling high temperature resistant? What is its applicable temperature range?
Conventional cast iron and steel KS couplings with standard elastic parts are suitable for temperatures from -20℃ to +80℃. High-temperature resistant springs and sealing parts can be customized for high working temperature conditions.
Q:Can KS coupling be customized in non-standard sizes?
Non-standard customization of outer diameter, shaft hole diameter, length and keyway specification is supported. We can process and produce according to drawings and equipment dimensions.
